Cabin/Motel Reservations

1. A valid credit card is required for all reservations (Visa or MasterCard).
2. Reservations of 3 nights or less require a deposit equal to the first night’s rental for each unit booked.
3. Reservations of over 3 nights require a 50% deposit of the total booking.
4. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, or you do not show, the full deposit is non-refundable.
5. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund.
6. No refunds will be given for early departure and the full rental for the reservation will be charged.
