& Posting Information
We
offer three different packages for cabin owners who
have to part with their lake property. In each of
the packages you will get your cabin listed in the
Marean Lake Resort - Cabins For Sale list.
Every listing consists of a single html page that
includes a description of the property and contact
information for potential buyers to reach you. Read
below for the different options that are available.

Featured
Property
- Have
your property listed on each and every page on the
Marean Lake Resort web site in the 'Featured Property'
box on the right. Visitors to the site will be able
to go directly to your listing by clicking on the
image in the 'Quick Info' section. They will not
need to search through the Listing page(s) to locate
it. We will only be able to have 1 featured property
at a time so if you are interested act fast! It
is first come first serve.
- Featured
properties run a week at a time and you can only
book 2 weeks at once.
- The
same property can not be the featured property in
more than 2 consecutive weeks unless there is no
other property to take its place.
- Once
a property is sold it will be removed from the 'Featured
Property' window.

Additional
Information
- All
images must be provided in either GIF or JPG format
and can be either emailed or delivered on a CD.
- Videos
must be in either WMV, MPG or AVI format. Each video
must be under 15 seconds running time. If you have
longer, larger video files please contact us and
we will try our best to accommodate you.
- If
you do not have a camera or can not get down to
the lake to take pictures of your property we may
be able to help you with this. Please contact us
for more information.
- Once
a property is sold, the listing will be marked as
such. It will be left online for an additional day
and then removed.
